How do I verify my identity?

You must complete the following steps to have full access to your account after its created:

We aim to review and process documents within 24 hours. You will not be able to continue to use your account unless you provide us with one of the following: a utility or mobile phone bill, bank statement, tax statement with issue/copy date within 3 months (in PDF format), or a special use residence certificate via gov.gr (in PDF format).
